RETURN DEADLINE

We hope that you are happy with your RIAD purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept non sale items in new condition for a refund only. You must let us know of your return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order and you have 21 calendar days (from the day you received your shipment) to return your item to us. The cost of returning the item to us will be the customer's responsibility with no exceptions. 

CONDITION OF THE ITEM(S) 

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached and unworn in it's original condition along with the enclosed return form. All sale items are non-refundable. If you send a 'SALE' item back to us for a refund it will not be processed. 

REFUND AVAILABLE ONLY

We're unable to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.  

Once received, returns will be dealt with within 3 - 5 business days. Any money that needs to be refunded should be received in your account shortly after, but the number of days will depend on your bank.
