RETURN POLICIES
I'm so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your RIAD products. Because of the made-to-order nature of the item, I can only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or faulty in which case I will require photographic evidence.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. I do not provide return labels as RIAD is a small business. If you would like to return an item you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date to my studio. Please contact me for the return address.
