PROCESSING TIME: 

The turnaround time for the headbands is around 2 weeks on each order as they are all handmade in our studio. Please allow enough time for this if you are purchasing for any special events. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We offer Express international shipping for United States, Australia and Hong Kong by SF Express or Hong Kong Post with a tracking number. Orders will be delivered estimate within 10 - 12 working days. 

Please kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for the failure or delay of your orders due to the Covid situation, customs clearance, customs regulations in your country, weather conditions, or any other circumstances that are beyond our control. 

Orders are sent to exact address given to us for shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed. 

All import taxes and charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

LOST PACKAGES

RIAD is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer during order processing.
