PROCESSING TIME:

The turnaround time for headpiece is 2 weeks on each order as they are all handmade in my studio in London. Please allow enough time for this if you are purchasing for any special events. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

All orders will be delivered from the United Kingdom with Express Shipping by Royal Mail or DPD with tracking number enabling you to receive your items quickly and safely. The shipping fee will be shown upon check out. 

Delivery Times:

UNITED KINGDOM 1 - 2 working days

UNITED STATES 4 - 7 working days 

AUSTRALIA 4 - 7 working days 

Please note: I cannot be held responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs for international deliveries.

For international orders custom charges occur sometimes when an item arrives in its destination country. This is dependent upon the customs threshold for each country. Please check with your local authority for more information on this. 

LOST PACKAGES

RIAD is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer during order processing.
